We collect and display publicly available sports statistics from woacsports.com, including game scores, player statistics, team standings, and schedules for Western Ohio Athletic Conference Girls Basketball teams.

Important: We do NOT collect or store personal information about student athletes beyond what is publicly available (team rosters, statistics from games). We are COPPA-compliant and do not collect personal information from children under 13.

Account Information (Optional)

If you create an account on WOAC Report, we collect:

• Email address - Used for account creation, login, and notifications (if enabled)
• Name - Optional display name for your account
• Password - Encrypted and managed by our authentication provider (Clerk)

Note: You can use WOAC Report without creating an account. An account is only required for personalized features like following teams/players and receiving notifications.

User Preferences and Follows

If you have an account, we store your preferences including:

• Followed teams - Up to 5 teams you choose to follow
• Followed players - Up to 10 players you choose to follow
• Notification preferences - Your choices for email notifications (score updates, player stats, weekly digests)
• Notification thresholds - Custom settings for when to be notified (e.g., "notify when player scores 20+ points")

Usage Information

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with our site, including:

• Device type
• Pages visited and time spent on pages

• General location (city/state level only)
• Actions taken (following teams, downloading schedules, etc.)
